
Tata Motors: NCLT sanctioned scheme of agreement between company and Tata Advanced Systems. The company said it has received NCLT order sanctioning the Scheme of Arrangement between the Company and Tata Advanced Systems for transfer of the Defense Undertaking. “As per Clause 21 of the Scheme, this Scheme would be effective on receipt of necessary approvals from authorities, including the Ministry of Defense,” it said in the regulatory filing.
