-The board has approved sub-division of each existing equity share of face
value of Rs 10 each into 10 equity shares of face value of Rs 1 each.
Wipro announced
that the company has completed the acquisition of 4C for 68 million euros. In
July this year, Wipro had said it will acquire 4C for 68 million euros (about
Rs 589 crore).
HDFC completed
its QIP of equity shares and NCDs. Rraised Rs 10,000 crore through the issue
and allotment of 5,68,18,181 equity shares of face value of Rs 2 each at an
issue price of Rs 1,760 apiece.
Adani Ports reported Profit at Rs 757.8 crore in Q1FY21 vs
Rs 1,028.7 crore in Q1FY20, revenue at Rs 2,292.7 crore vs Rs 2,794.5 crore
YoY.
Somany Ceramics reported Loss at Rs 26.4 crore in Q1FY21 vs
profit of Rs 7.1 crore in Q1FY20, revenue at Rs 169.4 crore vs Rs 395.5 crore
YoY.
PTC India
reported Profit at Rs 100 crore in Q1FY21 vs Rs 93.3 crore in Q1FY20, revenue
