BHEL: State-owned power equipment maker Bharat Heavy Electricals will open its offers for share buyback worth Rs 1,628 crore on December 13.
PFC: The Cabinet is considering the proposal for Power Finance Corporation acquiring entire government holding in state-owned REC, which will fetch the government around Rs 15,000 crore.
PFC has sought to raise $500 million through medium-term notes maturing in December 2028 with coupon rate of 6.15 per cent. The proceeds from the issue will be used to finance power projects and for general corporate purposes in line with guidelines on external commercial borrowings.
Larsen & Toubro: The construction arm of L&T has bagged orders worth Rs 2,106 crore across various business segments in the domestic market as reported on Wednesday.
