About the role
Own the roadmap for core retail trading flows from idea to launch.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams across product, design, engineering and operations to ship high-quality experiences for EZ Wealth clients. We value people who are obsessed with solving customer problems, who communicate clearly and who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do
- Take end-to-end ownership of features from discovery to deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with product, design and other teams to define requirements and success metrics.
- Write clean, maintainable code and participate in reviews.
- Continuously improve performance, reliability and developer experience.
What we’re looking for
- Relevant experience in a similar role and tech stack.
- Strong ownership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a small team with high autonomy and accountability.
- Interest in capital markets and building for Indian investors is a plus.
