Partners of EZ Wealth are expected to uphold the highest standards of integrity, transparency and fairness in all dealings with investors, regulators and other stakeholders.
Overview
Key Compliance Points
As a Partner, you are required to follow all compliances and guidelines as required by SEBI and the stock exchanges.
Only registered Investment Advisors / Financial Advisors can work with clients in the capacity as prescribed by the regulators.
Promotions or advertising content about / with EZ Wealth are required to be approved wherever exchange or regulator approval is applicable.
Partners must ensure that any advertisement or promotion is as per the guidelines laid down by the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) and other applicable regulations.
As a Partner, you are required to declare annually that you are not involved in any fraudulent or unethical practices with respect to EZ Wealth or its clients.
Business activities of the Partners which are independent of the partnership with EZ Wealth should be explicitly outside of EZ Wealth affiliation and clearly communicated to investors.
